DESIGN COMMIT 2026 partners with Guimarães — European Green Capital 2026
We are pleased to announce a strategic partnership between DESIGN COMMIT 2026 and Guimarães — European Green Capital 2026 (EGCA 2026). This collaboration highlights our joint commitment to advancing sustainability, innovation, and the dialogue between design, industry, and nature during a landmark year for the city of Guimarães.
Aligned with our theme “Design for Different Futures | Learning with Nature,” the partnership reinforces the connection between scientific research, creative practice, and territorial transformation. It also resonates with the Guimarães agenda, bringing forward initiatives that foster climate transition, circular economy, biodiversity, and community engagement.
As part of the EGCA 2026 programme, DESIGN COMMIT 2026 will serve as a key international gathering from 25–27 March 2026 at District C, Guimarães.
