Volunteer Students Form

The purpose of this platform is to simplify the registration and management process of volunteers for the conference, providing a user-friendly interface and a robust system that facilitates communication, scheduling, and task management.

The information from this form will be used to create your conference badge, which is necessary for all conference events. It will likely also be the second thing noticed by conference attendees, so please carefully check spelling and capitalization to avoid embarrassment later.

Our main way of contacting you is via email, so make sure your email address is correct on the form. If we don’t receive a response from you because you missed an email, we will assume that you are no longer interested.

Important Note:

Volunteer students need to be available during all conference dates, including mandatory orientation on the morning of Monday, May 6th, 2024.

You will receive more information on March 15th if you are accepted.
