The information from this form will be used to create your conference badge, which is necessary for all conference events. It will likely also be the second thing noticed by conference attendees, so please carefully check spelling and capitalization to avoid embarrassment later.

Important Note:
Volunteer students need to be available during all conference dates, including mandatory orientation on the morning of Monday, May 6th, 2024.
